Maria Ludovica Ambrosino  joined the Economics PhD program in 2021. She holds a Master’s degree in Economics from London School of Economics and Political Science, and a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics and Finance from Bocconi University.

Her research interests are monetary policy and its transmission channels in developed and emerging markets, and international macroeconomics. Before joining LBS, she worked as an intern analyst at Goldman Sachs, Global Investment Research, Macroeconomics Research, focusing on CEEMEA (Central Easter Europe Middle East Africa) markets.
