Julian is a former Pre-Doctoral Research Assistant within the Economics area at the Wheeler Institute for Business and Development.

 

Prior to joining the Wheeler Institute, he completed a M.Sc. in Economics at London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), obtaining distinction. During his time at LSE, he specialised in development economics and wrote his extended essay about the impact of social capital on both asset and income growth in Mexico. Julian holds a B.Sc. in Economics and Business Economics from Maastricht University, graduating cum laude.

 

Julian’s primary research interests include, political economy, development economics and environmental economics.
