Stephanie Chan-Ahuja is a PhD candidate at London Business School. Her research examines gender equality in the workplace. She studies how identities outside of work, such as being a mother, impacts how we behave and act at work. Furthermore, she is interested in how future of work designs such as work-flexibility programs affect work-nonwork integration and has implications for gender equality.
She uses experimental methods, supplemented with archival datasets and qualitative interviews, to conduct her research. Stephanie received her BA from University of Pennsylvania and BSc from The Wharton School. Prior to joining LBS, she was a research associate at MIT and Harvard Business School.
